We stand behind the authenticity of all vintage Polaroid cameras dating back to the 80s and 90s sold through our platform. Each camera undergoes meticulous inspection, refurbishment, and verification to ensure quality. Prior to shipment, each item is inspected and sanitized to accurately represent its functionality and condition.
While we thoroughly test all our vintage Polaroids before shipping, due to their age and inherent variability, we cannot guarantee their functionality upon receipt. We do not assume responsibility for any operational issues that may arise, as these cameras are from the late 90s and may exhibit occasional malfunctions.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- Vintage Polaroid cameras are sold in "as-is" condition, reflecting signs of wear, age, or imperfections consistent with their vintage nature. All cameras are vintage refurbished and even though tested, still may malfunction due to age. 
Customers are advised to consider this before purchasing. 
- You are welcome to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item. If a refund is approved, the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.  
Cameras purchased through our personalization option are tailored to the customer's specifications and considered unique. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for personalized items.
**Disclaimer: Responsibility for Damages During Shipping**
We take every precaution to securely package all items to minimize the risk of shipping damage. While we acknowledge that some factors, such as carrier handling, are beyond our control, customers must report any shipping damages directly to the carrier as soon as they are discovered.
